Sysmex XT-2000i (Hoffman La Roche, Yaponiya)

The working principle of the new hematology analyzer Sysmex XT-2000i is based on the cytofluorometry technology which is considering as revolutionary method. This device provides the ability to obtain accurate results and accurately divide normal and pathological samples. The fully automated analyzer is designed for 38 parameters, as well as for extracting the complete leukocyte formula and counting reticulocytes.

Hoffman La Roche's Sysmex XT 2000i device has the ability to set 38 parameters at the same time. Below are main designated indicators of them:

Hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit, amount of erythrocytes, average volume of erythrocytes, average concentration of hemoglobin in erythrocyte, average density of hemoglobin in one erythrocyte, amount of platelets, average volume of platelets, amount of leukocytes, differentiation of leukocytes into 5 fractions (neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, lymphocytes, monocytes), absolute and relative indicators of their amount in the answer sheet, counting of the amount of large plasma lymphocytes, reticulocytes and blast cells.

The technological principle of the work is based on the combination of flow cytofluorimetry and histochemical methods, which are considered revolutionary methods, and ensures high accuracy in the quantitative and qualitative assessment of the cellular sub-population and the morphological characteristics.

Parameters:

Erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, average volume of erythrocytes, average volume of hemoglobin, average concentration of hemoglobin, uniformity of distribution of erythrocytes, number of leukocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, basophils, eosinophils, immature granulocytes (amount in % %), average volume of platelets, platelets uniformity of distribution, number of platelets in %, capacity of reticulocytes in 3 periods of maturation, fraction of immature reticulocytes.
