MedServis PMC, which started operating in 2000, has been and remains a source of hope and health for thousands of people over the years.
When MedServis PMC has established, about 60 patients have been receiving hemodialysis treatment in 10-15 dialysis machines which were serving approximately 8,000,000 Azerbaijan people. Our center, which started operating under such conditions, gained the attention and positive opinion of the Azerbaijani medical community with its successful work in a short period of time. Thus, during these years, thousands of patients were taken for hemodialysis treatment due to chronic and acute kidney failure. It should be noted that most of the patients who applied to our center were in serious condition, but it has improved and stabilized due to the programmed treatment method conducted in our center, and most of them are currently continuing their treatment in dialysis centers opened in different regions of Azerbaijan. The personnel trained in our center are currently working in MedServis PMC and other modern and advanced medical centers of Azerbaijan.
MedServis PMC, operating since 2000, has brought many medical innovations:

- The first private hemodialysis center in the Caucasus region, one of the first two centers in the CIS
- The first mobile hemodialysis
- The first Pediatric hemodialysis
- Taking a 6-month-old child to hemodialysis treatment for the first time and full recovery of kidney function
- The first placement of permanent catheters
- The first Home hemodialysis
- The first healthy birth by a woman who had been on dialysis for 6 years in the CIS.
- For the first time in our laboratory, the analysis of parathormone, cystatin C, erythropoietin, vitamin B12, cyclosporin have been implemented which is widely used in nephrology

As a result, today, compared to when we started working in 2000, centers that meet new modern standards are operating in Azerbaijan. The level of nephrology services has increased in comparison, and hemodialysis centers are already operating in every region of Azerbaijan. In the field of kidney transplantation, there is progress, although not enough, but successful operations are being performed. Peritoneal dialysis service is also available. It is undeniable that MedServis PMC plays an important role in the development of nephrology service in Azerbaijan.
